Guests can now post an ad for their site on SC! In order to do so, there are a couple of guidelines you need to follow.
If you think you can follow these rules, feel free to post an ad. Again, make sure to give us a link to the board we can post on or have it in plain view so we can post our ad on yours. Thanks.

- First of all, this isn't free advertising. If you want to post your ad on our forum, we MUST be able to post our ad on yours. You need to provide us with a link to the board we can post our ad on ourselves or this board must be in plain view for us to easily find. Failure to do this will end in your ad being deleted and you wasting your time.
- Please check this list and make sure you or someone else hasn't already posted an ad on our site. If you see your sites name listed there, then there is already an ad on SC. If you post a second ad, you risk both ads getting deleted.
- We aren't allowing porn sites or RPs based purely around sex to be posted here. Ads containing sites like that will be immediately deleted. Ads need to be kept PG-13, please.
- You may post your ad however you wish. But again, we must be allowed to do the same with ours on your site. Don't spam our boards and think we won't notice that we can't post on yours. Your ad will get deleted as soon as one of our staff notices it.
- You are allowed to bump your ad but only if it's on the second page or further back. We wish to be allowed to bump ours on your site, as well.
- Naturally, if we've posted our ad on your forum first, you're free to post your ad on ours. It is your job to post on the correct board. The board that has 'First' in the title is for guests advertising on SC when SC hasn't posted an ad first. The board with 'Linking Back' in the title, is a place for you to post if SC has already posted on your site.
- Please refrain from giving your ad a thread/message icon. We use these icons as a way to keep track of things. Refer to our key for more information.
- Sorry, but we only allow ProBoards and Invisionfree sites to advertise on our boards. Please don't make an ad if your website is hosted on something else.

The world is changing. Evolution has begun. Humans of a new race are appearing more and more every day. Mutants, they're called. And these mutants have powers and abilities unnatural to a normal human. One may be able to move things with his mind, while another can disrupt the very ground you walk on. Some of them look like you and me. One might be your co-worker. Maybe you passed one on the street and never even had a second thought. One might even be your neighbor or your friend. Others are disfigured. Some so hideous they don't even look human anymore! Some have scales, some are green, some have claws and fangs. These particular mutants are constantly put through acts of senseless cruelty because they're different. They can't help that they have green skin anymore than you can help that you were born with brown hair. And most of these mutants just want to be accepted as a normal human being. Most of them are willing to abide by the law and live out their life like anyone else would. But there are others. These mutants use their abilities to their advantage. They break laws and hurt people. They think they're above humans. They think they're the better race and can do what they want. Just as with normal humans, there are mutants who are good and mutants who are bad. Which one do you want to be?

Senseless Cruelty is an X-Men RPG. We offer a wide range when it comes to RPing. You can choose to play a student staying at the Xavier Institute or perhaps an X-Men Trainee. Or you could play an evil Brotherhood member. If you prefer you're welcome to play a lone mutant on your own. We also allow humans to be played, as well. Canons are open for anyone to try out for. We allow canons from the movies, comics or cartoons. We've been open on and off since 2003 and we intend to stay open for many more years to come! So come check us out!
