Gambit

So, from what I've gathered from looking around the site gambit is not an active character right now, right? I was wondering if I could possibly play as him.
Another thing is that I think it would be interesting to play as a teen Gambit and was wondering if that was allowed, or if I would have to stick to adult because he's already been played as an adult?

Gambit isn't active so you can fill out the app for him, as for your second question I'm not sure about that, will have to wait for buffy or tc for that answer
