hiya, i have a character I've been writing a story about on fanfiction, her codename, Lepra. she is somehow related to Sabretooth, not even they know how they are related, but after weapon x (wolverine) escapes, they want another weapon more loyal to them she had been working as a guard, A young but efficient guard, at on of their facilities. they did a test and the results showed she would survive the adimantum bonding process. but they also wanted her to have stealth. so they replaced her bones with those of a dead mutant shifter's bones, giving her the ability to shift, as long as she had a sample of that animals blood in her blood. anyway this was all against her will, she was betrayed by Victor(Sabretooth, her uncle, brother, or cousin) ending up with her living in a forest where if she ever spoke a word, thought a word, it would trigger a Weapon X facility to be alerted to her location, and if she shifted to full human they would be alerted. one day when hank and Logan took a few students, should i just post the story? any way i want to play my character on here and ill post my story if you want. just i need to know what to do.

Just wanted to throw this out there: Yo can't have a character related to a Canon character. Maybe you should look into a different family for her? xD
Excerpt from the FAQ:
Can my character be related to a canon character?
* No, this is not allowed. While we do have a loose mixing bowl of different X-Men canons, from the movies to comics to the cartoons, that is still all canon. But by allowing your original character to be related to X-Men characters, it would be changing their histories and stories. Want to see what Cyke's life would've been like if he had a sister? Well, sorry, this isn't the place to explore that possibility. And where would we draw the line? If we let one person make a character related to Wolverine, then we couldn't deny that right to other people, and who knows where the 'canon' would eventually end up. So, it's a lot easier to just deny that flatout.

While I find this idea interesting, I have to agree that it is against the rules. You cannot have an original character tied to a canon character, especially since people can play canon characters. Although, you could use the same story line for your character, just change up the canon details. Instead of Sabretooth, make up another mutant, or infact, cut out the other "Sabretooth" mutant entirely and just change it from Weapon X to another random experiment.
Afterall, who is to say that the Weapon X program was the only time mutants were experimented on? Iron Man had plenty of 'knock-off' power armor villians from other countries, and let's not forget Omega Red. Just come up with original details and see how it goes over with the staff.

Here's a thought. Since Wolverine (Logan) and Sabretooth (Victor Creed) Are actually brothers, you could easily have them try again at the idea of X-23 etc. Your mutant could be genetic offspring from Logan, made in a test tube, and therefore related to them both. Your story sounds interesting to say the least. I hope that this info will help clear up some of the plot-holes.
