I mentioned this before, but I'll mention it here, too.
It would be really nice if somebody could make a map of the Institute, and probably the Brotherhood hideout, so that people would follow given paths to get from place to place.
If not that, it would be nice to at least say in each area description "From this room, you can get to area A, C, and F" so that people going between the areas will run into each other, as they would in a real situation.

Well, we don't know the exact layout of the entire Institute, since it's not our creation.. It's Marvel's. So it's not like we could just whip up a map. And the same goes for the additions to the board descriptions. We don't know exactly where everything is, in regards to everything else. Plus, that would make the descriptions way long, and the Home page is already long enough as it is.
And really, everyone seems to get along just fine, with no specific map. Say some people have characters in the Den, and they want to go to the Kitchen. They just say that they 'leave the den and head to the kitchen'. It doesn't really need to be that specific.
If it were a smaller building or location, then that would be a good idea. Or if it were something that Buffy and I created from scratch, then that would be a good idea, too. But with Xavier's Institute.. It's an entirely different ballgame.
And as for the Brotherhood, it actually does have some descriptions like that on the boards. Not to mention, some people have just improv-ed a couple locations, IC.. and everyone just works with it.

Okay. I just ran into the problem that if, say, a person says, "Well, I'm going to the lower levels" and skips past the elevator, that leaves me stuck. I posted in the area asking for help, so I think that I won't be stuck forever.

Umm, I'm afraid that doesn't make much sense.. I don't get what you're trying to say there.
