A couple of questions

Hey, I just applied to join here but the whole not over weekends thing, so yah. Account name is Razer. I'm still waiting, anyways, I'm just curious about a few things I'm unsure of as of now.
1. Can my character be related to an original X-Men if their history doesn't majorly change the original X-Men's?
2. What Marvel universe does this take place in? Evolution?
3. I'm not completely sure if my character's power will be accepted because his potential is wide, but his abilities aren't. If an admin could please discuss this last one and maybe the first one with me, please, that'd be great.
Anyways, yah. Those three questions is it, thanks if anyone answers them.

Hey, welcome to the site. I'm not an admin so I can't help you with one or three but I can take a stab at number two.

I don't think there's really a set universe. It goes character by character and which incarnation the player decides to use is up to them. For example, I based one of my canon character off the 90's series while others have based their canon characters off the movies.

Hey, thanks for joining! Sorry you didn't get a reply from an admin sooner. It's been a busy week for Nifu and me.

First off, Scio is right about the second question there. =P

Now, for the other two..

Sorry, but we don't really allow that. If we allowed one person to alter an X-Man's history like that, then we'd have to allow others to do it too. And who's to say how far is acceptable and how far isn't? It's just more fair to everyone to just leave the main canons as they are. =/

And for your third question, you can PM me about what you have in mind, if you want to discuss it a bit. That'd be fine. ^.~
