The rules have a new format! They are now Main Rules and Extended Rules. Main rules are what people need to know when first joining up, and the extended are to help members become more accustomed to the site. Also, the staff's contact info has been moved to it's own thread.
Setting has been added to the main page. This should help keep everyone on the same track!

Welcome to Senseless Cruelty!
This is an X-Men RPG. Here you can role-play a canon character or your very own original mutant or human character. Keep in mind, we do not allow fantasy creatures such as elves, vampires, wizards, etc. So please keep away from them when creating a mutant.
To join, check out the Join the X-Men! board first and read the rules. Once you post your join form, remember to wait for an admin to approve your character before you start playing. Any questions you have may be posted on our questions board, or asked via PM to any of our staff members listed on the right.

Setting:
It's currently autumn in New York state.
The Mutant Registration Act wasn't passed, but it's
tied up in legislation and hasn't been completely denied.
Meanwhile, the Brotherhood are clearly up to something. Does the
recent kidnapping of an X-Man trainee have anything to do with it?
